2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company and bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email and we’ll provide the return address and next steps.
